Seth Barron is a storyteller, leader, yogi & teacher based in New York, NY. Seth completed a BA with High Honors in Theater Arts at Brandeis University, then spent almost 16 years working for Google in multiple leadership roles including leading client partnership strategy for the ZOO, a creative consultancy in the Google sales organization, and developing sales & operations strategy for the Google Automotive sales team from 2005-2009, a period of critical growth & industry transformation.

Seth began his career at Google in 2002 as a Creative Maximizer, helping establish the first search marketing programs for leading marketers across multiple industries, and worked to develop & grow Google’s presence in Chicago, Atlanta and New York. Seth is a highly experienced public speaker & regularly delivered thought leadership on subjects including the future of advertising and digital creativity to global C-level audiences, at key industry events, and was a regular fixture on stage at Google conferences & internal events.

Seth is also an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher trained to teach the Baptiste Power Yoga method, and is currently pursuing his RYT-500 certification in the Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training program with Bethany Lyons at Lyons Den Power Yoga in New York, NY. Seth practices at both Lyons Den Power Yoga and at Jivamukti Yoga NYC where he completed a 75 Hour Teacher Training in the Jivamukti method with Rima Rabbath in April 2019.

In 2018 Seth founded One Deep Breath, a consulting practice at the unique intersection of his arts education as a storyteller, corporate experience building creative partnerships, and yoga practices & training. One Deep Breath empowers teams and individuals to be mindful storytellers, presenters, and leaders - one deep breath at a time - with corporate training, coaching, consulting & yoga + mindfulness.

Seth is profoundly grateful to the many mentors with whom he was privileged to work at Google, and to his yoga teachers & gurus. He believes passionately that creativity lies within reach of everyone, and peace of mind is only one deep breath away when we seek the truth that we are all connected.
